The methodology to understand it. The software to see it. The funding to trade it.
See the institutional structure behind the move, so you can trade with it instead of against it.
Purpose-built for TradingView. Non-repainting: what prints stays on your chart.
The Master Pattern maps how institutions accumulate, expand, and trend. ATS identifies each phase in real time, so you can see where price is in the cycle at a glance.
Price compresses as institutions quietly build positions.
Price expands, sweeps liquidity, and begins to reveal intent.
The true directional move takes over.
Most traders follow the crowd—and inherit the crowd's results. ATS is built around seeing the market differently.
Large institutional flows drive major price movement. ATS is designed to make that footprint easier to see.
Skill matters, but so does capital. ATS gives members a path to prove consistency and pursue meaningful funding.
Many traders repeat the same loop: backtest, demo, go live, lose confidence, switch systems. Settings-based indicators keep them optimizing for yesterday's market.
ATS is different: no settings and no constant re-optimization. It adapts to changing conditions and keeps the focus on market structure.
One ecosystem: proprietary software, coaching, and funding built around the same methodology.

Every element on an ATS chart answers one question: what are the institutions doing right now?
Market compression. See where price is coiling before expansion.
Fair value. See the market's institutional balancing point.
Directional bias. See where institutional momentum is pointing.
Strength, scored. Measure the energy entering the move.
Liquidity targets. See where crowd stop-loss clusters are vulnerable.
See market phase, value, trend, energy, and liquidity—then get alerted when the pieces align.
Expansion Lines map the market's institutional balancing point, showing whether price is trading above or below fair value at a glance.
Energy Profile scores the strength behind price so you can see when higher-timeframe participation enters instead of guessing.
Liquidity Lines map the stop-loss clusters where retail positioning is most vulnerable—and where institutions can access the liquidity they need.
The ATS Trend Line tracks market inefficiencies created by large order flow and marks the price where directional bias shifts.
ATS Assistant monitors your markets and sends graded, real-time setup alerts through TradingView—complete with trigger price and trend context.

From a Southern California trading room to a global platform, ATS has spent more than a decade building tools for serious retail traders.
I entered algorithmic trading in 2010 and became obsessed with market structure. Since then, I've spent thousands of hours trading, building systems, and coaching traders.
Today, Trade ATS and ATS Capital Partners bring software, education, coaching, community, and funding under one roof—all built around one methodology.
Financial Services Review featured Trade ATS on the cover of its Algo Trading Edition, recognizing the innovation behind our algorithms and technology.
We open our first Southern California trading room, teaching and trading live every morning.

Wade launches Smart Money Profile, our first algorithm built around institutional market behavior.

Demand outgrows the original office, and we build a dedicated trading studio.
When FXCM exits the U.S. market, our software platform disappears with it. We close the room and rebuild.
The original algorithm is rebuilt for MT4 and renamed Action Threshold Software. Trade ATS is born.

Our free YouTube education goes viral, bringing the ATS methodology to traders around the world.

After years of software development and coaching, we add the missing piece: funding.
ATS continues to evolve across software, education, community, and trader funding.
More than 200,000 traders have learned the Master Pattern through our free education. ATS gives you the software, community, and structure to actually execute it.

Dedicated students who follow our advice carefully can expect to see significant positive changes in their performance over the course of three to six months. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee positive results. Results may vary from person to person.
ATS is designed for liquid markets including forex, crypto, futures, commodities, and equities across multiple timeframes. Very low-liquidity or flat markets may produce fewer usable patterns.
No. ATS provides software, education, and a structured framework; results depend on the trader's skill, discipline, and risk management.
Below we have outlined what we feel most would consider pretty reasonable codes of conduct. Violating these codes of conduct will not be tolerated and can result in a permanent ban at the discretion of ATS Moderators and staff - possibly even a timeout in the corner.
No, Trade ATS is strictly a software and education company. We do not advise members on investments, do not give trading signals, and do not perform any tasks that a traditional financial advisor may perform. We offer software and education on that software only.

Members can visit our Member Support Portal and request termination of their account if they decide they want to stop service at any time; Cancellations must be required at least 48 hours before the billing cycle ends to avoid charges for the next period. Everything about evaluations, funded accounts, payouts, and the KickStart Challenge.
ATS Capital Partners uses a simple, one-step evaluation. The evaluation fee depends on the size of the funded account you are working toward:
These evaluations are built around premium real-funded accounts backed by real capital and live market execution. They are not a demo-only payout model or a disposable challenge designed around constant resets. There is no deadline forcing you to hit the evaluation target within a set number of days, and traders who pass are moving toward an account designed to be traded and developed over the long term, subject to the program's normal risk and activity rules. The higher evaluation cost reflects that more serious structure.
ATS Premium Members can start for $0 in evaluation fees. The KickStart Challenge included with an active membership provides a path to the first $25,000 funded account without paying the standard $250 evaluation fee.
A soft breach means any trades that violated the rule are closed, but you can keep trading your Assessment or Funded Account. A hard breach means you violated the Daily Loss Limit or Max Trailing Drawdown; either one fails the Assessment or ends the Funded Account.
The Daily Loss Limit is the maximum an account may lose in a single trading day, resetting at 5:00 PM EST. It's calculated on the greater of the prior day's end-of-day balance (closed P&L only) or end-of-day equity (balance plus open P&L). Example: a $100K account with a 5% limit ends the day with open profits putting equity at $102,000; the limit is based on $102,000, so a breach occurs if intraday equity touches $96,900 the next session. With no open positions, or open positions at a loss, the balance is used instead.
It starts at 6% and trails your closed balance (not equity) until you've achieved a 6% return, at which point it locks permanently at your starting balance. Example: starting at $100K, you can draw down to $94K. Close the account up to $102K and the trailing level becomes $96K. Reach $106K in closed balance and the drawdown locks at $100K forever, no matter how high the account grows, you only breach this rule if you fall back to $100K (the daily limit still applies).
All trades must be closed by 3:45 PM EST on Friday; anything left open is closed automatically. This is only a soft breach, and you can continue trading when markets reopen.
Forex: 1 lot = $100K notional. Index: 1 lot = 1 contract, with exceptions: SPX500 = 10 contracts, JPN225 = 500 contracts. Cryptos: 1 lot = 1 coin. Silver: 5,000 ounces. Gold: 100 ounces. Oil: 100 barrels.
Yes. An account with no trading activity for 30 consecutive days is considered inactive and will be breached.
After passing your Assessment, you'll receive instructions to complete KYC verification and your Trader Agreement. Once both are done with supporting documentation, your Funded Account is typically created, funded, and issued within 24 to 48 business hours.
You receive a funded account backed by real capital. Accounts are notionally funded, meaning the capital shown may differ from the amount on deposit with the liquidity provider, but notional funding does not affect your trading conditions in any way.
No. There is no control over pricing from the liquidity provider or over the execution of your trades.
To manage risk and minimize transaction costs, the firm may act as direct counterparty to certain trades, executed at prices provided by arm's-length third parties. Your gains and losses are calculated the same way either way, and this framework exists to deliver real market execution. When the firm is your counterparty there is an inherent potential conflict of interest, which is disclosed transparently.
Your maximum position is determined by available margin. The firm reserves the right to adjust margin requirements, limit open positions, and revise drawdown halt levels in response to market conditions, and any order may be refused.
Exactly the same as your Assessment account, except a funded account has no profit target.
Yes, accumulated gains are forfeited on a hard breach unless you purchased the optional Payout Protector add-on, which preserves your share of the gains even when the account is closed for a breach.
An optional add-on selected at purchase. If you breach your funded account with gains in it, you still receive your portion of those gains (provided withdrawal conditions are met). Example: breach a $100K account holding $8,000 in gains, without Payout Protector the $8,000 is forfeited; with it, you're still paid your share. It does not prevent breaches or alter any risk parameters.
Request a withdrawal any time from your trader dashboard, no more than once per 30 days. Click Withdraw Profits, enter the amount, and once approved you're paid through the available payment solutions.
Your first withdrawal can be requested any time, then every 30 days. When approved, the firm withdraws its share too, and your trailing drawdown locks at your starting balance. Example: grow $100K to $120K and withdraw $16,000, you receive $12,000, the firm retains $4,000, the balance drops to $104K, and the drawdown is locked at $100K, leaving $4K of room. A full withdrawal of all gains triggers the drawdown rule and forfeits the account.
No. Risk management software is synced to the accounts provided, allowing real-time performance analysis, so you must use an account issued to you.
Subject to applicable laws, traders from all countries can participate, excluding OFAC-listed countries, unless otherwise limited at the company's discretion.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable minimum legal age in your country, to purchase an assessment.
Your trader dashboard, provided on purchase, tracks Assessment and Funded Accounts with metrics updated roughly every 60 seconds. Monitoring your breach levels is your responsibility.
The prop technology is integrated with DXtrade, MatchTrader, cTrader, and GooeyPro. Note these are separate from ATS software: the indicators only work on TradingView, so members do their ATS chart analysis on TradingView and execute prop trades on the provided platforms.
Anything streamed by the liquidity provider into the available platforms, including FX pairs and CFD indices, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies, subject to change over time.
Up to 20:1 on Forex and Metals, 10:1 on Indices, 5:1 on Oil, and 2:1 on Cryptocurrencies.
Hours are generally set by the liquidity provider, viewable per symbol in each platform (Instrument Info in DXtrade, Info in MatchTrader, Market Hours in cTrader). Holidays can affect hours, and all open trades close at 3:45 PM EST on Fridays; if a Friday holiday closes markets, positions must be closed the prior Thursday.
Funded accounts receive the same pricing and commissions the liquidity provider charges other self-funded retail accounts.
Yes, subject to the Prohibited Trading policy.
Prohibited activity includes exploiting pricing or platform errors and latency, using non-public or insider information, front-running, trading that jeopardizes liquidity provider relationships or creates regulatory issues, third-party or off-the-shelf strategies marketed to pass challenges, switching strategies between assessment and funded accounts, and arbitraging assessment accounts against other accounts. Detected prohibited trading terminates participation and can forfeit fees; all trading activity is reviewed before a funded account is issued, and the company may block any trader at its discretion.
Trading within 3 minutes before or after a news event is prohibited. Trades made during a news event in the challenge phase can be removed, leverage can be reduced, or the account can be breached. What constitutes a news event is determined at the company's sole discretion.
Charges come across in the name of dashboardanalytix.com.
Traders on funded accounts are treated as independent contractors and are responsible for any and all taxes on their gains.
All ATS Premium Members get a zero-evaluation-cost path to funding, included in the premium monthly membership. Pass a demo $25K evaluation and you're awarded a real $25K evaluation at no cost; pass that, and you receive a $25K real capital account.
It works almost exactly like a regular funding challenge with one extra step: members request a demo $25K evaluation first. Passing it awards a free real $25K evaluation, and passing that awards the $25K funded account.
Structurally identical to normal evaluations, the only difference is the KickStart account is a demo. The same base rules apply: 10% profit target, 5% max daily drawdown, and 6% max drawdown.
Yes: a minimum of 15 unique trading days before passing (a new trade opened on 15 different days), no more than one KickStart account requested within any 15-day period, and you must be an active Trade ATS member in good standing, including at the time you pass. KickStart is a starting point for your first funded account; scaling past $25K means purchasing larger evaluations at normal cost.
Free $25,000 evaluations are typically awarded within 48 hours of passing the KickStart Challenge.
No. Once you pass the demo, the awarded real $25,000 evaluation is subject only to the standard rules of any paid evaluation.
Yes. Real evaluations awarded through KickStart include a free over-the-weekend hold upgrade, paid for because of the program's emphasis on longer-term trading.
